About the Position: This is an excellent opportunity to join the Tempshield team.  This position will work in conjunction with the Production Supervisor to coordinate work for a staff of 12 producing and shipping all Tempshield/Mainers items.  This includes weekly production planning, managing daily work assignments, inventory management, quality inspection, shipping and assisting with production as needed.  This position requires standing for much of the day. The best candidates will be proficient with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.  To be successful you will need to be professional and reliable, setting an example for new and established employees.

Schedule, Pay, and Benefits: This is a full-time, hourly position working Monday - Friday 6:30AM-3:00PM, overtime available when able to work independently.  We offer competitive compensation with excellent benefits, including paid time off, a retirement plan, health and life insurances. 

Required Skills:

  • Some leadership or supervisory experience helpful
  • Excellent organizational, communication and problem solving skills
  • Accustomed to computers and a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly
